Dedicated to pressure
Since we started the gebioMized movement in 2001, we had a strong belief in the impact of detailed contact point analysis as a key factor of modern bike fitting. It is this approach that made gebioMized a globally operating provider of complete bike fitting solutions. The special feature of a gebioMized bike fitting is the pressure mapping at the contact points saddle, pedal and handlebars in combination with a simultaneous dynamic video analysis. The data of both tests is transferred directly into a special software, evaluated graphically and can be used immediately in the fitting process. On the basis of this collected data, we have concentrated so far on customizing accessories and components, like custom-made insoles and saddles.
Furthermore, it is important to us to pass on not only our products, but also our experience to our bike fitting partners. That is why we organize various training courses and webinars. In the meantime, ISCO (International School on Cycling Optimization), a congress for bike fitters with lectures and workshops by various international and renowned biomechanics experts, has established itself on the scene – and we are very proud of this.
